An I for an Eye

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

During the big meeting last Ashwin Navaratry, Shri
Deviji suggested to calculate the price of an eye operation
and collect funds per eye operation. In this way a donor
would feel more connected to what happens with his/her
gift. The cost is Rs 1000, which roughly add up to 20 Euro
or 30 US $, Within a short time a sum was collected for 950
operations. A great succes. Better news is even that a
month ago I heard that already over 800 of these operations
have happened. What a wonderful news that we have been able
in Shri Babaji's name to give back the power of vision to
so many poor people in this deprived region. Without eyes
one practically has no life in this hilly area and needs
constant help from others. The joy one sees when an older
person takes of his/her bandages after the operation and is
able to see again is overwhelming. We have plans of making
a video about this but for now due to the succes we need to
encourage you again to help to continue this noble cause.
Due to the transparent method and simple understandable
nature of this noble cause it is easy to go with this
fundraising also outside our Bhole Baba family. I made a
small note to hang, print, translate or do what ever you
can to spread the news and bring the light to these eyes.

To operate an eye in our charitable hospital in
Chiliyanoula.
Since we have started this scheme already well over
800 people have light in their eyes again in the kumoun
region in India.
this is a poor area in the Himalayas' where many people
are suffering from such problems. We have a great place to
do this, our Bhole Baba Charitable hospital in Ranikhet. We
have the finest equipment and expanding on it and we have
great specialists who come and donate their time and
expertise to this noble cause. A small sum is still needed
to make it all possible for medicaments etc. For this we
have come to you. Rs 1000, roughly equals Euro 20 or Us $
30, and is good to operate one eye. Feel inspired to let
the light shine in the eyes of the poor people of this
touch region in India and open one or more eyes with your
donation. And when inspired, inspire also others in turn so
a wave of kindness will go around and the light will shine
in their eyes and in your heart. In many counties such
donations are tax deduct-able if made thru your local
